The national airline Croatia Airlines published an emotional message on its official Facebook page on the occasion of the retirement of longtime cabin crew member Ljubica Mili. Vranešević, who has worked in the company since 1991.
Along with the post, a video showing her exiting the plane after the last flight was shared. At the exit, she was met by colleagues who congratulated her and said a heartfelt goodbye, creating a particularly emotional atmosphere at the end of her long career.
– After more than three decades of dedicated work, our dear colleague Ljubica Miličić Vranešević is going to a well-deserved retirement. She started her professional career at Croatia Airlines in 1991, as a cabin crew leader and instructor, and as the first head of training, she laid the key foundations and standards for the training of future generations – the company said.
They also added that over the years she left a strong mark among colleagues and passengers thanks to her professionalism, calmness and warmth, as well as the smile that many remember her for.
– Thank you for everything she gave to our company, for every flight, support for colleagues and the example she set for generations of cabin crew. We wish her a lot of health, joy, new travels and time for everything that makes her happy in this new life chapter. Happy and peaceful retirement – they wrote from Croatia Airlines.
