Iranian President addressed Americans with an open letter

Pezeshkian argues that the “Iranian threat” is fictitious, benefits the military-industrial complex and serves Israeli political interests. He urged Americans not to trust “fabricated narratives.”

The Iranian president condemned the attacks on the country’s infrastructure, calling them war crimes. He also recalled that Tehran has not started a single war in its entire modern history, and its military actions are exclusively defensive in nature. Pezeshkian traces the roots of the current confrontation to the 1953 coup, organized with the participation of the United States. Pezeshkian’s letter was published by the Iranian state television channel Press TV.
