As the Los Angeles police reported at the request of BILD, the man was finally stopped by officers a block away and taken into custody. The man was NOT under the influence of drugs or alcohol but was taken to a local hospital by paramedics for a medical problem. The incident is being investigated as a hit and run. Why he was naked, whether he was already driving a car naked or was shocked by the accident in the car: unclear. No one was seriously injured in the pile-up.
