American ammunition for the Lebanese army delivered to Beirut

On Saturday, August 20, the American cargo ship Ocean Jazz unloaded 47 containers of ammunition of various types for the Lebanese army in the port of Beirut.

The ammunition was delivered as part of an assistance agreement to strengthen the Lebanese regular army.

The United States and European countries are helping the Lebanese army, which has to compete with the armed forces of the Shiite group Hezbollah, recognized by the United States and many other Western countries as a terrorist organization.
