Hours later, the Investigative Committee announced that the former deputy was accused of spreading public speech aimed at inciting hatred, intolerance, enmity on the Internet. But this time they did not file a petition for arrest, they appealed to the court to apply administrative control over 70-year-old Hakobyan.
What did the ex-deputy say that the law enforcement officers described as a crime, and whether they are really two-year-old statements, the Investigation has not yet revealed.
