Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky on the evening of November 2.
The office of the President of Turkey in Ankara issued a message according to which Erdogan Zelensky said that it is necessary to find a fair diplomatic solution to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict based on mutual understanding.
According to the head of Turkey, it “must ensure the territorial integrity and full sovereignty of Ukraine”.
The President of Ukraine wrote in his Telegram channel that during the conversation he thanked Erdogan for his active efforts to preserve the “grain deal”.
He also informed that he discussed the exchange of Ukrainian prisoners of war with the President of Turkey.
