Media in Turkey published today (Tuesday) a particularly unusual document, in which a father and son from Israel, who were staying at Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, were late for their flight to Israel and jumped towards the airspace where the planes travel. The details of the incident show that the two went up the sleeve, and then jumped to the area where the “Anadolujet” plane was parked in order to stop it. The father and son were arrested by the police, after being detained by local workers. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the matter is known and handled by the consulate in Istanbul, and that the Ministry is in contact with the family.
