Russia continues to blame Ukraine for the attack – ISIS has taken responsibility again
ISIS spokesman, Abu Khadifah al-Ansari praised the organization’s militants for the attack in Moscow last weekend and called for more attacks against targets in the US, Europe and Israel. The Al-Furqan Center, the media arm of the ISIS organization, published a 41-minute voice message by Al-Ansari this evening in preparation for marking ten years since the establishment of the caliphate of the “Islamic State” over large areas in Iraq and Syria. In the recording, Al-Ansari briefly mentioned the responsibility of Da’e Q for the attack on the Crocus City concert hall in Moscow last Friday, however, he did not provide additional details about the attack that claimed the lives of more than 140 people. At the end of the week, the official news agency of ISIS announced that four members of the organization carried out the attack, but in Russia they still accuse Ukraine of being involved in the attack.

Alansari also noted the double suicide attack in the city of Kerman in Iran last January, in which more than 80 people were killed during the commemoration of Qassem Soleimani, and this alongside praise for the organization’s fighters in various arenas in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, especially for attacks against Christians, Americans and Chinese.

The ISIS spokesman emphasized that Ramadan is the “month of jihad” and called for attacks against the “crusaders” in the US, Europe and Israel. He also urged the organization’s operatives in areas that are not active at the moment – including Yemen, the Sinai Peninsula, Libya, the Caucasus and Tunisia – to show patience and not rush to carry out attacks.
