In the section of the bridge, the residents noticed that a car without a license plate was trying to leave the section to go to Berkaber and, according to the published map, to the Azerbaijani side.
The locals who blocked the road have doubts that they are cartographers. They blocked the entrance of the car and did not allow them to get out. There is no official clarification yet.
There are also policemen on the spot. The media are not allowed to go near.
