Russia: We are ready to discuss “serious” proposals for peace in Ukraine

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Friday: Moscow is ready to discuss “serious” proposals to settle the conflict in Ukraine on the basis of “the existing reality” and Moscow’s security concerns.
