Hours earlier, Al Rishq himself stated that the group’s acceptance of the ceasefire proposal presented by Egypt and Qatar has “confused” Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and has put him in a “dilemma.” “Israel is not serious about reaching an agreement and uses the negotiations as a cover to invade Rafah,” he stressed.
