Emirates Airlines announced the suspension of the check-in process for passengers departing from Dubai International Airport from 8:00 am on April 17 until midnight, due to operational challenges resulting from bad weather and road conditions.
She said affected customers can contact their reservation agent or visit the carrier’s website to rebook.
The carrier continued in a statement: “Procedures will continue for passengers arriving in Dubai who are already undergoing transit flights. Customers can expect delays in departures and arrivals, and we advise them to check the latest flight schedules.”
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused,” she said. Emirates is working hard to restore our scheduled operations, and our teams will provide all possible support to affected customers.”
