The most fascinating part of Amsterdam now is the north – but you have to see it right away, because it will soon be replaced by apartments – Matka

In many European cities, rundown shipyard areas are being transformed into residential areas, but in North Amsterdam, the change is particularly striking. Before the arrival of the apartments, Noord has had time to develop into a popular place to spend time and a center for sustainable development.
