U Va mineral spring tourist area is located in U Va village, Noong Luong commune, Dien Bien district, nearly 20 km south of Dien Bien Phu city. The road to here is quite convenient.

U Va mineral spring tourist area has an area of ​​19,000 m2, with sightseeing, photography, picnic services, outdoor and indoor mineral water swimming pools, Red Dao medicinal bathing services, ethnic cuisine, and other services. accommodation, fishing. There are 10 separate mineral baths, including two family rooms for 2 to 6 people, 8 rooms for 1 or 2 people. Prices for swimming pool, individual and group bathing services range from 15,000 VND to 500,000 VND per hour.

A Pa Chai is located in Sin Thau commune, Muong Nhe district, 250 km from Dien Bien Phu city, is the westernmost point of the country, the boundary between the three countries Vietnam – Laos – China. There is a triangular landmark here, built of marble, with three sides facing three directions, each side has the national emblem and the country’s name, engraved in each country’s language.

The landmark is located on the top of Khoang La San, 1,864 m above sea level. Previously, A Pa Chai was difficult to conquer because you had to cross three hills, cross the forest, and wade streams. Currently, the road from Sin Thau commune to A Pa Chai has been paved beautifully and wide, passenger cars can move comfortably, followed by a concrete road leading to the foot of the landmark and finally a 500-step staircase.

Na Tau commune and Muong Phang commune, nearly 30 km from Dien Bien Phu city center, are two places with strawberry gardens grown using Japanese technology. In recent years, the strawberry growing model has developed in Dien Bien, attracting visitors and experiencing strawberry picking. Strawberries here do not use herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, unlike genetic modifications and growth stimulants. Therefore, strawberries have a naturally sweet taste.

The peak ripening time for strawberries is from November to April every year. During the season, the strawberry gardens are still open to welcome visitors. The gardens also have catering services, short-term stays, and grow and sell plants, vegetables and many types of flowers.

Muong Nhe Nature Reserve

With an area of ​​more than 45,000 hectares, stretching through 5 communes of Muong Nhe district, Muong Nhe nature reserve is adjacent to the border of Laos and China, with a road connecting the western tip of A Pa Chai and the district center. . This place is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Muong Nhe Nature Reserve is one of the largest special-use forests in the country and is valuable to the ecological environment. The forest has 742 species of plants, 257 species of birds, 130 species of mammals and reptiles, including trees such as pomu, doi, agarwood, dandelions, and 67 species of animals with many species in the Vietnamese Red Book. Huoi So is the contiguous point of Tua Chua district, Nam Ma commune, Sin Ho district, Lai Chau and Ca Nang commune, Quynh Nhai district, Son La.

A branch of Da River flows through the commune with a quiet, poetic space where visitors can row boats on the river and explore indigenous life. In some highland villages in Huoi So, visitors can also hunt clouds every early morning.
