In relation to the incident that happened in one of Armenia’s casinos, there is an initiated criminal procedure with characteristics of hooliganism, robbery, the Investigative Committee told Azat.
Iravaban.net wrote earlier that the dispute between the casino employees and Nver Tsarukyan, the son of “Prosperous Armenia” party leader Gagik Tsarukyan and his bodyguards, turned into a fight, and that shots were fired.
However, the investigative committee does not publish the personal data of the proceedings, as well as the accused. The spokesperson of the CC only conveyed that within the framework of the proceedings, criminal prosecution was initiated against 5 persons, decisions were made to arrest them, and a search warrant was announced for them.
