World Cup qualifiers, Italy’s group. It depends on whether we beat Germany in the Nations League.

Italy will play there qualification for the World Cup from 2026 with one between Slovakia and Norway. This is the outcome of draw currently taking place in Zurich, Switzerland, valid for the World Cup qualifiers which will be held in less than two years in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

In fact, Luciano Spalletti’s national team has two possibilities: should it win the Nations League playoff with Germany in March, it will be placed in group A made up of four teams with Slovakia of coach Francesco Calzona, Northern Ireland and Luxembourg.

If, however, things go badly Donnarumma and his teammates will find themselves in Group I made up of five teams and they will have Erling Haaland’s Norway as their most fearsome opponent. Completing the group are Israel, Moldova and Estonia.
