Fault in Volt: orders cannot be made due to a global technical fault

Users who tried to place orders through Volt encountered a message about a global technical fault. According to the message, the company could not accept new orders for delivery. In some cases the app still allowed viewing businesses and restaurants, but not completing a delivery order.

This is not the first time that widespread disruptions in Walt’s operations have been reported. In the past, global glitches were reported that temporarily affected the ability to make new orders through the service. However, as of this stage, there is no official announcement linking the current malfunction to previous malfunctions.

Customers who have already placed an order before the fault appeared are asked to follow the status of the order in the application or contact the company’s customer service. Users who failed to complete an order can try to make a self-pickup, depending on the availability of the service in the application. As of now, it has not been announced when the possibility to make new delivery orders through Vault will return. The company told users that it is dealing with the problem and hopes to return to activity as soon as possible.
