Trump aims for September 2028 to inaugurate the White House ballroom

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, announced this Friday that the White House ballroom promoted by himself and whose construction costs around $400 million, will be inaugurated in September 2028.

“China has a ballroom, and the United States should have it too! It is under construction, ahead of schedule, and it will be the best facility of this type in the entire United States. The inauguration is scheduled for September 2028,” he noted on his social networks, where he thanked “the support received” to get it started.

The tenant of the White House has accompanied the message with an image walking through Beijing with his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping. “The man I walk with is President Xi, of China, one of the great world leaders,” he explained in the publication, after an official visit to the Asian giant.

The president has announced in another publication on his social networks “the location of the National Garden of American Heroes”, in ‘West Potomac Park’, “a completely deserted piece of land in a privileged real estate area facing the water, on the banks of our imposing Potomac River.”

“When completed, West Potomac Park will be a world-class masterpiece with elegant landscaping and adorned with beautiful statues, and will be another of my great projects to make Washington the safest and most beautiful capital in the world,” he said.

The Garden will feature 250 life-size statues honoring a wide range of American figures, including Kobe Bryant, Amelia Earhart, Abraham Lincoln, Muhammad Ali and Sally Ride, among others. Trump has noted that the statues will honor “illustrious founding fathers, military warriors, religious leaders, civil rights advocates, world-class athletes, artists, entertainment figures and much more.”

“The people of the United States (and the world!) will come here to learn and be inspired by the ‘greats’. The National Garden of American Heroes is one more project we are carrying out to honor the 250th anniversary of the greatest nation on Earth, the United States of America!” he highlighted.
