Elephant on the road, minibus unable to avoid it: 3 dead in the devastating collision

At least three people have died after their vehicle collided with an elephant in Murchison Falls National Park in northwestern Uganda. The police reported this without providing information on the elephant’s health. The accident occurred while the minibus was traveling from the city of Arua to the capital Kampala and hit an elephant that was crossing the road. “Three occupants of the minibus died on the spot, while four others, including the driver, sustained injuries,” police said on X.
