STOCK EXCHANGE: The Helsinki Stock Exchange opened for trading – a new information security system from Nokia

The Helsinki stock exchange opened for the fall on Tuesday. The OMXH index opened down 0.3 percent at 14,073.92 points.

The most traded stock Nokia opened down 0.7 percent. After the stock market opened, Nokia announced a new information security system that is supposed to protect against denial-of-service attacks carried out by artificial intelligence.

Recommendation changes

Inderes raised Duellin the target price to 2 euros from the previous 1.3 euros and repeats the reduce recommendation. Duell opened with a percent decline.

Rest of Europe

The Euro Stoxx 600 index opened down 0.2 percent.

According to Bloomberg, a British pharmaceutical company GSK plans to buy a biotechnology company focused on cancer research Nuvalentin at a cost of $10.6 billion. The purchase price exceeds Nuvalent’s market value by approximately 40 percent. The deal is expected to be confirmed in the third quarter of the year, if it receives approval from the authorities.

Brent and WTI crude oil futures prices were down considerably. After Monday’s attacks, Iran and Israel announced that they had suspended attacks against each other.
