It will be possible from 28 to 30 June on the occasion of Summer Fancy Food (Stand 2925), the most important event dedicated to the agri-food sector in the United States, where the Consortium for the Protection of Campana DOP buffalo mozzarella returns again this year to tell the story, quality and uniqueness of the product.

Participation in the event represents an important opportunity to consolidate the presence of Campana DOP buffalo mozzarella on the US market, which today is worth between 4 and 7 percent of exports, and to explore new growth opportunities, at a time characterized by concerns linked to the impact of duties on the dairy sector.

Program for June 28th

The calendar of events will start on June 28th at 3pm with a cooking show in the space of Coldirettidedicated to the combination of pizza and Dop buffalo mozzarella from Campania. At 5pm we will move to the standIcewhere the promotional event organized by the Ministry of Agriculture will be held, with a corner dedicated to the display and tasting of Italian DOP cheeses, curated by Afidop. Also on June 28th, the off-show is scheduled, with the Consortium protagonist of a special spinning demonstration organized in collaboration with Coldiretti e I Love Italian Food at the Columbus Citizens Foundation of New York. The American public will thus have the opportunity to witness the transformation of the curd into mozzarella.

The program will continue on June 29th at 10.30 am with a masterclass by Consortium for the Protection of Campana DOP buffalo mozzarellain space Coldiretti. In the afternoon, from 2pm, other tasting moments.
