Le Pen wants to go into the election campaign together with Bardella

Le Pen confirmed that she would appeal the verdict of the Paris Court of Appeal on Tuesday because she believes she is innocent. Voters will have to judge for themselves what they think of the verdict. “I think they know full well that the acts we are accused of in no way justify a criminal conviction.”

Bardella, who many already saw as the RN presidential candidate, said in his first reaction that he was happy about Marine Le Pen running. “So we are happy about it and of course we will continue to work hand in hand, as we always have.” Bardella continued: “I am really pleased that we can go back into the election campaign together with Marine, because millions of French people are longing for change today.”
