At its lowest price, electricity costs only 0.2 cents per kilowatt hour in the afternoon at 3 and 4 p.m. The highest hourly price of the day is 1.6 cents per kilowatt hour at 9 in the morning.

The hourly prices stated in the article are averages calculated from the four quarter-hour prices for each hour. The electricity exchange Nord Pool switched to 15-minute pricing from the beginning of October 2025.
