Aiforia warns about its result | Trade magazine

A software company Aiphoria warns of its result. The company’s turnover in January–June is 0.75 million euros, while it was 1.4 million euros in the same period last year. Aiforia has not published financial guidance, but says that the turnover was below the company’s internal estimates.

According to the press release published by the company, the background is the income generation of already concluded contracts in July–December. In addition, the development of turnover was weakened by the delay of pending customer contracts.

“The weaker-than-estimated development of Aiforia’s turnover was influenced by the fact that the revenue from the contracts signed in the first half of the year only started to come in from the second half of the year. These included, for example, the expansion to five new hospitals in the Paris area in France and the contract with a new regional healthcare service provider in Spain,” the company says in a press release.

According to the company, the order backlog worth 3.5 million euros has yet to be realized at the end of the first half of the year.

“According to the company’s view, this situation does not cause any changes to the company’s previously given medium-term goals,” the release states.
