UAV attack near “Putin’s palace”, authorities report deaths

On Monday, August 3, the governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, reported that three people were killed and another 13 people were injured “due to falling UAV debris” in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka, south of Gelendzhik.

The governor’s office said the attack targeted civilian infrastructure.

Arkhipo-Osipovka is located on the Black Sea coast, about 30 km southeast of the so-called “Putin’s palace” on Cape Idokopas. This is the closest large civilian resort east of the protected area of ​​the residence of the President of the Russian Federation.

Previously, the authorities of Crimea, occupied by Russian authorities in 2014, reported the death of three people as a result of an attack by Ukrainian UAVs.
