A well-known investor predicts that Nvidia’s growth will only accelerate

A chip giant and the world’s most valuable company at the moment Nvidia publicly last night Finnish time, his expected interim report.

Investor and portfolio manager Jukka Lepikkö predicts that Nvidia’s growth rate will continue to accelerate. On Thursday, Lepikkö visited Talousaaamu’s live broadcast to comment on the company’s fresh figures and themes related to investing in general.

Lepikkö highlights the record earnings reported by Nvidia. The company’s operating profit in the most recent interim report was 63.7 billion dollars.

“The operating profit in question is the largest ever for any company. Already three years ago, Nvidia has been updated and generally asked how long this growth path can continue. Now it seems that the pace of growth is only accelerating.”

In Nvidia’s earnings call, the company’s CFO predicts that revenue will grow by around 70 percent in the coming fiscal year. Lepikkö believes that the forecast is even moderate.

“Nvidia has traditionally predicted its numbers conservatively, and eventually raised its guidelines. I personally take that 70 percent as a lower limit.”

Lepikkö estimates that the growth rate can generally continue among companies working on artificial intelligence at least until the beginning of the 2030s.
