The US Ambassador to Turkey admitted that the ayatollahs’ regime has survived and called on the countries of the region to rely on themselves

US Ambassador to Turkey Tom Barrack, who also serves as the US administration’s special representative for Lebanon and Iraq, spoke at the Doha Security Forum. Barack, a friend of Donald Trump, made several sensational statements.

“The United States is no longer the ruler of the world,” he said, adding that official Washington intends to reconsider its Middle East policy. “This does not mean we are leaving the Middle East. Our policy is to stay, but not to control,” he said.

He said U.S. regional allies must take greater responsibility for confronting political and security challenges. “You have to say: We can no longer rely on America to solve all our problems,” Barrack said.

He admitted that US attempts to change the regime in Iran were unsuccessful. “It is not America’s job to confront every Iran-related threat in the Middle East,” Jewish Insider quotes a friend of the American president.
