The 24-year-old daughter of the chairman of Nam A Bank is the general director of the pharmaceutical company

Ben Tre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (stock code: DBT) on the afternoon of October 23 said it had approved the resignation of General Director for Mr. Nguyen Khac Hanh. Since the beginning of November, the position of General Director and legal representative of the company has been assigned to Ms. Tran Ngo Minh Anh.

The appointment decision was made just 3 months after Ms. Minh Anh joined the Board of Directors and held the position of Deputy General Director.

CEO of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical was born in 2002 in Lam Dong, the daughter of Mr. Tran Ngo Phuc Vu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam A Bank (Nam A Bank).

She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida (USA) and has experience working at New Omni Bank, California (USA) during the period 2024-2026. Ms. Minh Anh does not currently own DBT shares.

Ben Tre Pharmaceutical’s predecessor was the drug lab of Ben Tre Civil Medicine Committee, established in 1963. After many transformations, the company was equitized in 2004 and listed on the Hanoi stock exchange since 2009. After a period of time when the State divested all capital, the company moved to trade on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange in 2020.

The company’s main activities are manufacturing and trading drugs, retailing pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, and cosmetics. Last year, the company said it served more than 35,000 customers nationwide, covering pharmacy, hospital, clinic and e-commerce channels. Ben Tre Pharmaceutical recorded 2025 revenue of 860 billion VND, while the first half of this year reached approximately 420 billion VND. On the stock exchange, DBT shares trade around 13,000 VND.
