Sberbank Serbia became Our AIK Bank
Sberbank Serbia officially changed its name to Naša AIK banka and thus became a part of the domestic banking group led by AIK banka, it was announced today.

The President of the Executive Board of AIK Bank, Jelena Galić, expressed her satisfaction with the fact that Sberbank Serbia has become a part of AIK Bank. She pointed out that in this way, AIK Bank “reaffirmed its commitment to further growth, strengthening its stability and responsible business.””Stability and a strong capital base are clear indicators of our success, as well as the great security we provide to our clients and savers. This is exactly what the decision of the National Bank of Serbia confirmed, with which AIK Bank agreed to take over Sberbank Serbia,” she said.

Galic pointed out that she believes that the upcoming integration process will be successfully completed and that this business synergy will be of great importance for the bank’s clients, employees and the entire banking system.

Having become a part of AIK Bank, the former Sberbank of Serbia continues its operations without affiliation with previous shareholders, it is stated in the announcement.

The President of the Executive Board of Naša AIK banka, Vladimir Bošković, pointed out that thanks to this consolidation, that bank will “continue to operate stably, liquidly and very successfully”.

“The savings of all clients and their funds in our bank accounts are additionally secured in this way. All our services, applications and services continue to function as before, clients continue to use their payment and credit cards as before,” he explained. Boskovic.

Accordingly, the change of branding of all branches has begun, and in the coming days the bank will continue to harmonize and implement a new visual identity, as well as further integration with the new owner – AIK Bank, said in a statement.
