Those who received compensation for Operation People Like a Lion in the summer of 2025 will be able to receive an advance immediately after the law is approved based on last year’s applications.
In addition, it was agreed that the size of the grant, set in 2025, will be indexed in accordance with inflation, and for businesses with a turnover of up to 120 thousand shekels per year, it will also be increased by 15%.
These agreements were reached at the first meeting of the commission, dedicated to the law on compensation. The next meeting will take place on Monday, April 20.
