Six new cell towers are being installed in Judea and Samaria to improve mobile coverage

Following the completion of large-scale infrastructure work in Judea and Samaria in recent months, the Civil Administration announced the completion of the installation of six new cell towers.

The towers will provide significant improvements in mobile coverage on major highways and populated areas, thereby not only improving the quality of life, but also strengthening the security of the security forces operating in Judea and Samaria and the residents of the region.

New cell towers are located on highways 60, 90, 55 and 446, as well as in the settlements of Kdumim and Maale Adumim. The communications improvements will not end there: 16 more towers are planned to be installed in the coming months, and 27 more in the next phase, with the goal of “dramatically changing” the communications situation in the region.

It is expected that after the introduction of new cell towers into operation, the quality of communication will significantly improve in the area of the village of Mitzpe Yishai, highway 55 and the Jat intersection, in the southern part of Kdumim, in the location of the Ephraim brigade, in Maale Adumim (area 06), on the road to the village of Kidar, in the area of the settlements of Almog and Mitzpe Yericho, as well as in the area of the village of Brukhin.
