The technical talks in Washington between Mexico and the United States prior to the review of the Treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada (T-MEC) concluded last Tuesday, reported Luis Rosendo Gutiérrez, undersecretary of Foreign Trade.

The official pointed out that the exchanges with the technical teams of both nations took place at the headquarters of the United States Trade Representation and that the results were satisfactory.

The points on the agenda revolved around the rules of origin, strengthening supply chains and the substitution of inputs from Asia within North American production processes.
