Electric KV: No agreement after 4th round

The employers’ side saw “wishful expectations” on the part of the negotiating partner, the union criticized the employers’ offer as “disrespectful” and announced combat measures.

To bridge these different perspectives, the FEEI would have proposed a two-stage model with an immediate increase and possible improvement in the fall, if the fall economic forecast allows this. The union would not have agreed to this proposal due to the lack of planning. The discussions were then ended and another meeting was agreed for May 28th.

Before the fourth round, the union demanded a KV increase of 3.5 percent, the employers offered 1 percent.
