The offer period for Tecnotree’s purchase offer was extended again

Investment company Resilience Investment Holdings has decided to extend the offer period of its voluntary public cash purchase offer, which concerns the IT company Tecnotreen shares and securities entitling to shares.

The Offeror advises that it has received the approval of the tender offer from the Kuwaiti Competition Authority, but the approval process with the Nigerian Competition Authority is still ongoing and is not expected to be completed within the previously announced timetable. Therefore, the purchase offer period has been extended until 4:00 p.m. on June 26, 2026.

The offer period was previously extended from the original deadline of 25 March 2026 until 3 June 2026.

Behind the purchase offer is of Helios, Fitzroyn and Padma Ravichanderin earlier this year, the consortium formed made a purchase offer for all issued and outstanding shares of Tecnotree, as well as all securities issued and entitling to shares.

Ravichander is the CEO of Tecnotree and the company’s second largest owner. Helios and Fitzroy are private investment companies. In January, it was reported that the consortium will be controlled by the private limited company Resilience Investment Holdings.
