Israeli “unicorn” Cyera attracted 0 million in investments at a valuation of billion

Israeli cybersecurity startup Cyera has completed a capital round, raising $600 million from investors at a $12 billion valuation, a fourfold increase from its previous round a year and a half ago.

The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners with participation from Cyberstarts and Temasek, as well as all existing investors, including Sequoia, Accel, AT&T Ventures, Blackstone, Coatue and Spark Capital. Taking into account the new raise, the total capital raised by the company since its founding exceeded $2.3 billion.

The company tripled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) for three years in a row. Over the past 18 months, the company has grown to more than 1,500 employees in 18 countries and completed five acquisitions, the most recent being Ryft and Genie. These acquisitions expand Cyera’s platform to manage and monitor AI systems across the enterprise.
