BIDV opened Flagship Private Banking branch – Southern high-end personal customer center, at 153 Hai Ba Trung, Xuan Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City, June 11.
This Private Banking branch is built on three core values: in-depth consulting and asset management capabilities, private service space, and aims to create a knowledge-connecting community for the elite.

BIDV representative said that Private Banking is not simply a customer segment but aims at new service standards, taking customers as the center, focusing on personalizing the experience and accompanying customers in managing and preserving assets.

Over the past many years, BIDV has identified Private Banking service as a long-term development strategy. In 2021, the bank launched the first high-end personal customer center in Hanoi, then expanded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2024. To bring the best services to customers, BIDV has strategically cooperated with Edmond de Rothschild – a financial institution with more than 250 years of experience in the field of asset management. The bank has been honored by The Asian Banker as “The Bank with the Best Private Banking Service in Vietnam” for four consecutive years (2023 – 2026).
Putting into operation the Southern Premium Personal Customer Center Branch is the next step in BIDV’s strategy to develop the Private Banking ecosystem according to international standards.
