Bankruptcy of a traditional industrial company worth millions

“The traditional Upper Austrian industrial company has been active in container construction for decades and produces both series products and customer-specific solutions made of metal and plastic. The company has extensive trade licenses in the areas of metal and plastic processing, industrial plant construction, pipeline construction and the production of storage and transport containers,” says the creditor protection associations.

This is offset by outstanding claims of around 548,000 euros. The estimated value of the assets in the event of insolvency is stated in the self-application as a maximum of 360,000 euros.

Continuation questionable

Whether it will be possible to continue individual current orders or to sell the company or individual company divisions remains the subject of further review by the liquidator.
