Bitter bankruptcy of an ambitious restaurant

About the Terler Gastronomie GmbHwho that Restaurant West District based at Packerstrasse 131a in Söding-Sankt Johann, bankruptcy proceedings were opened at the Graz regional court. Six employees and around 25 creditors are affected.

The debtor cites low equity capital and ongoing losses as the causes of insolvency. Ultimately, the business could only be continued with financial support from the shareholders. The company was only founded in September 2023.

The company is in debt of around 292,000 euros, compared to assets of only 24,000 euros.
