According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Cyprus, Israeli tourists spent an average of €174.27 per day in June 2026, more than €30 per day more than second-place Norwegians.
Britons, the island’s largest tourist group, spent an average of €104, Poles €84, Greeks €76.6, Finns €70.7 and Americans €62.
Israelis are also the second largest group of tourists after the British, making up 16.4% of the total in June 2026 and 20.5% in July.
At the same time, Israelis spend, on average, significantly less time on the island than other tourists. While a Briton spends an average of 8.2 days in Cyprus, an Israeli spends only 3.9 days.
