Sampo has applied Order Oyj: n admission of shares to trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange list.
If the application is approved, trading in Mandatum’s shares is expected to start on October 2, 2023.
Sampo’s annual general meeting held on April 17th approved the board’s proposal to separate Mandatum from the Sampo Group through a partial demerger.
