STOCK EXCHANGE: The Helsinki Stock Exchange opened close to zero – LapWall closes the Raahe unit

On Monday, after a few minutes of trading, the general index of the Helsinki Stock Exchange was up 0.02 percent at 9889.26 points.

LapWall closes Raahe’s unit

Focused on wooden elements LapWall announced that they had completed the change negotiations. The negotiations concerned a total of 23 employees. The change negotiations lead to the closing of the Raahe unit and the dismissal of all employees. Production will end at the Raahe unit during the last quarter and the unit will be closed by the end of November.

After a short period of trading, LapWall’s share was down about one percent at EUR 3.10.

Providing healthcare services Pilajalinna and the insurer Fennia said that they had signed a new cooperation agreement.

With the cooperation, Fennia’s customers will continue to be offered health services in Pihlajalinna’s office network and remote channels.

At the time of the review, Pihlajalinna’s share price was down 0.5 percent at 7.76 euros.

Inderes lowered Bittium’s target price to 4.20 euros from the previous 4.50 euros, reiterating the plus recommendation.
