Football: Robert Taylor returned to the field – immediately served Lionel Messi with a goal – Sports

Robert Taylor was in his element again in a Miami jersey.

Inter Miami continued its excellent spring streak in soccer’s MLS. The team beat the New England Revolution 4–1 away from home and secured their place at the top of the league’s Eastern Conference.

The number one star of the team was familiar Lionel Messi. He scored two goals to the delight of the eager away crowd. As many as 65,612 spectators had arrived to cheer on Messi – Revolution’s audience record.

The first Messi hit was initiated by a Finnish national team player Robert Taylor. Tomas Chancalay had taken “Revs” into the lead in the first minute of the game.

Taylor and Messi struck after just over half an hour of play. Taylor floated an accurate through pass to Messi, who shot accurately into the goal.

The Argentine star added another goal in the 67th minute. Towards the end of the match Benjamin Cremaschi and Luis Suarez seal the win for the away team.

The win was Miami’s third in a row in MLS. Suffering from minor injuries, Messi has played only 585 minutes this season, but still scored nine goals and assisted seven hits. He is at the top of the MLS goal and assist exchanges.

From a muscle injury suffered by Taylor played for the first time in the team’s composition since the beginning of April in the match against Mexico’s Monterrey in the Champions League of North and Central America.

Taylor caused an uproar in the spring and winter when, after being selected, he sat out of Huuhkajie’s EC qualifying games. He appealed to club team obligations.
