Alma Media concluded the change negotiations – the strength of the personnel will decrease by 28 personnel years

The change negotiations initiated at the beginning of March by Alma Media’s centralized advertising sales and digital advertising development organization have been completed. The strength of the personnel will decrease by 28 personnel years.

Alma Median according to the majority of reductions are realized through separation agreements. A new job was found for eight people as a result of the job description change. The maximum reduction announced at the beginning of the negotiations was 38 person-years.

“The negotiations concerned the entire operation of Alma Media solutions, excluding the operation of Netello. The workforce reduction is aimed at different personnel groups of Alma Media solutions. The solution includes reorganization, reorganization of work and utilization of automation opportunities to make operations more efficient,” the release states.
