In the first two months of the year, 4 million 258 thousand 511 visitors of 25 nationalities arrived at air terminals throughout the country.

According to the most recent data on air activity reported on the Datatur platform, 57.9 percent of international tourists who entered the country by plane came from the United States (2 million 465 thousand 387).

Then there are, to a lesser extent, passengers from Canada, Colombia, France, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Chile and Peru. The airports that received the largest number of foreigners were those of Cancún, Mexico City, Quintana Roo, Vallarta, Los Cabos, Guadalajara, Cozumel, Monterrey and Mazatlán.

The data indicates that one million 984 thousand 528 tourists from different countries arrived at the Cancun International Airport, Quintana Roo; Mexico City follows with 723,712 passengers; Vallarta, Jalisco, with 469 thousand 55; Los Cabos, with 419,856, and Guadalajara, which received 228,838 foreigners by air.

Between January and February, the Mexico City International Airport mobilized 7 million 283 thousand 455 users, of which 4 million 565 thousand 168 were national and 2 million 718 thousand 287 were international.
