Media industry mandarin Merja Ylä-Anttila has been elected as the new chairman of Kulta ry, the central association for culture and art, the organization informs.
Ylä-Anttila has previously worked as CEO of Yleisradio and editor-in-chief of MTV.
Ylä-Anttila will be succeeded by Nordea’s director of public relations Jyrki from Katai. The Commission has recently appointed Katainen as a special advisor on the relationship between the EU and the Arctic region.
For Upper Antilles culture is a key part of society’s security of supply.
