4,000 actors denounce the plundering of AI

Last February, nearly 4,000 actors also denounced a “regular looting” of the sector. In a forum, the signatories call for a strengthened legal framework to protect artists against the exploitation of their work to power AI models. “There are sometimes hundreds of artists, less established, who often do not have the means to refuse a contract, who give up their rights for AI, despite the risks for their image and their future,” they warn, calling for regulation and coexistence.
