The singer Isabel Pantoja, the actress Paz Vega and the singer and presenter Bertín Osborne remain on the new list of defaulters with the Treasury, which includes 5,853 debtors of more than 600,000 euros at the end of 2025 and which the Tax Agency published this Tuesday.
In addition to them, the presenter Patricia Conde, after two years off the list, appears again on it with a debt of 714,000 euros; along with the journalist Kiko Matamoros, who also returns to the list of debtors with the Treasury after three years away, with 600,000 euros.
For her part, Isabel Pantoja owes the Treasury 1.3 million euros, which means that she has increased her debt by 264,000 euros compared to the previous list, while Paz Vega (María Paz Campos Trigo), who appears with a debt of 1.8 million, has reduced it by 435,000 euros. This is also the case of Bertín Osborne (Norberto Ortiz Osborne), who has reduced what he owes to the treasury by 30,000 euros, but still owes 835,000 euros.
On the contrary, Diego Torres, Iñaki Urdangarín’s former partner at the Noós Institute, leaves the list, who appeared with a debt of 940,000 euros in the previous list, as well as Real Jaén (which had a debt of 1.2 million), the businessman Rafael Gómez Sánchez, nicknamed ‘Sandokán’ (he owed 3.2 million), Spanair (with 7.1 million) and Viajes Iberia (with 8 million).
CÉSAR VIDAL, MARIO CONDE OR THE COMPANY OF JOSÉ LUIS MORENO FOLLOW
Among those who are still on the list and have also increased their debt by more than 100,000 euros, are, along with Isabel Pantoja, the company Desguaces la Torre, owned by businessman Luis Miguel Rodríguez, popularly known as ‘the scrap metal dealer’, who owes 625,000 euros more, up to a total of 4.3 million euros.
The writer César Vidal also remains on the list, with a debt of 2.1 million euros; the former player of Atlético de Madrid and the Barcelona Football Club Arda Turan, who owes 1.2 million euros, the former banker Mario Conde (1.9 million euros) and José Luis Moreno’s company, Kulteperalia, with 781,000 euros.
The brother of the president of Mercadona Francisco Roig, former president of the Valencia Football Club, has left the list of defaulters, but not the group he owns, Roig Grupo Corporativo, which owes 7.85 million euros to the Treasury.
Martinsa Fadesa, protagonist of one of the largest bankruptcy proceedings in Spain and one of the country’s most important debtors to the treasury (he accumulated more than 50 million euros in debt), has left the list of defaulters this year.
Several sports clubs appear on the list, such as Unión Deportiva Salamanca, which remains with a debt of 13.4 million; and the Intercity SAD Football Club, based in Alicante, the only sports club in Spain that is listed on the stock market.
In the tourism field, the Pullmantur group continues to appear on the list of defaulters with different companies, with a joint debt of more than 12 million euros.
For their part, all the hydrocarbon companies that appear on the list of defaulters are already disqualified.
JOAN GASPART AND THE ARISTOCRAT LUIS MEDINA CONTINUE
For his part, the hotelier and former president of FC Barcelona Joan Gaspart remains on the list of defaulters, with a debt of 993,154 euros, slightly lower than that of the previous list.
The businessman Ángel de Cabo, known for his involvement in the liquidation of Viajes Marsans and the Nueva Rumasa Group, also continues to appear on the list of defaulters, with the same debt (10.73 million), and the aristocrat Luis Medina, son of Naty Abascal, with a debt of 640,802 euros, the same as in the previous list.
Teresa Maldonado Taillefer and her husband, Jesús Ruiz Casado, owners of the real estate developer Aifos, continue to appear on the list for another year, continuing to owe the Treasury 15.6 million euros and 15.5 million euros, respectively.
THE NATURAL PERSONS WITH THE MOST DEBT
However, the people who owe the most to the treasury are Ramón and Agustín Olivares Garrigos, with 36.8 million euros each, and the Dominican businessman Addy Núñez Beltre, with 23.8 million euros, a little more than last year.
The Ciudad Real Airport also stands out, with a debt of 6.66 million (higher than last year); United Left of the Community of Madrid, which maintains its debt of 938,447 euros, or the Organization for the Promotion of the Disabled (OID), which owes 86.3 million.
