Two rooms, two musical atmospheres. A month after the cellist Gautier Capuçon, who joined his brother Renaud, among other classical figures, Bad Bunny is preparing to enter the gallery of wax statues of the IXe district of Paris.
Acclaimed in the United States – he sang during the last Super Bowl – and celebrated in Latin America, the reggaeton singer also benefits from a strong community of fans in Europe. On tour on the old continent, he will give his first major French concert on Wednesday 1is July, in Marseille, before joining the Défense Arena, in Paris, on July 4 and 5. In 2017, he performed more confidentially in a cabaret in the capital.

Inspired by an album cover
Images of Bad Bunny’s wax double have not yet been released, but the 32-year-old Puerto Rican musician is reportedly depicted in a setting that draws inspiration from the stripped-down cover of I should have taken more photos. Sixth album by the singer most listened to on Spotify, released in 2025.
In ten years, recalls AFP, Bad Bunny has propelled reggaeton and Latin trap to the top of world pop, collecting last February the prestigious Grammy Award for album of the year, a first for a record sung in Spanish.
