VNVC received the award for top 1 vaccination system in ASEAN

The award was announced within the framework of the 10th Anniversary of the Vietnam – ASEAN Economic Cooperation Forum, held on April 18 in Singapore.

According to the organizing committee, the titles are judged based on brand reputation, service quality, sustainable development strategy, contribution to the community and level of compliance with regulations; The evaluation process lasts 5 months, from December 2025 to April 2026.

For the group of medical units, the judging panel further considered criteria such as professional efficiency, technology and medical data, customer experience, operational capacity, social impact, team of experts and ability to handle difficult cases. VNVC is recognized for its professional quality, technology, operations and community contributions, thereby affirming its position as a large vaccination center system, building a closed ecosystem from research, production to deployment and communication to improve vaccine knowledge.

In Vietnam, vaccination activities are strictly managed according to the Law on Disease Prevention, Pharmacy and Medical Examination and Treatment. On that foundation, since its establishment in 2017, VNVC has built a professional vaccination system, meeting preservation and distribution standards (GDP, GSP), one-way vaccination process and strict monitoring and handling of post-vaccination reactions with a team of highly specialized personnel with practice certificates and thorough and continuous training. VNVC also invested heavily in modern cold storage chains at centers and large warehouses in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi, with 24/24 real-time temperature monitoring, ensuring vaccines are stored in maximum safety.

VNVC cooperates strategically with many major pharmaceutical companies in the world, ensuring high quality and stable supply. In particular, in 2021, investing tens of millions of dollars in accessing the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine from the research stage has helped Vietnam become one of the first countries in Southeast Asia to deploy vaccination, contributing to disease control.

After nearly 10 years, VNVC expanded to more than 260 centers with about 12,000 medical personnel, serving tens of millions of visitors. The system maintains stable prices, deploys financial support and communicates about vaccination. The unit contributes to increasing vaccination rates in both children and adults, of which adults account for more than 40%, while also forming long-term vaccination habits in the community.

In 2025, VNVC will start construction on a high-tech Vaccine and Biological Products Factory in Tay Ninh with an initial investment of more than 2,500 billion VND, expected to supply more than 100 million doses/year. The project is expected to help Vietnam gradually master modern vaccine technologies, proactively source domestic supplies and move towards producing vaccines with high demand for use in children and adults.
