Having trouble showering in the cold? Here are 3 ways to do it without water

As the weather outside gets colder and colder, for many people the experience of showering becomes unbearable – but it turns out that there are ways to get clean without the need to use water. Here are three tips from Fresher life for days when it’s too difficult to shower:

1. Use of baby wipes – It is possible to clean using wipes instead of water, when it is recommended to use different wipes when the previous ones are filled with dirt. To moisturize the skin, you can apply cream after use.

2. Using a dry shampoo spray – This method is intended to replace the traditional use of shampoo in the shower to rinse the hair. Apply the dry shampoo to the roots by holding it about 12 inches from the head. Then, let the spray sit on the hair for a few minutes, then rub it in with your hands.

3. dry bath – This product was invented by Ludvik Marichen from South Africa when he was a student, earning him the Global Student Entrepreneur Award in 2011. It is a mixture of bioflavonoids, natural emollients and fruit acids to cleanse the skin. Rubbing the gel helps remove dirt from the skin and prevents odor, irritation and dryness. It also kills bacteria, moisturizes the skin and leaves a light scent.
